School & Community Assessment

Service Description

This service follows an initial consultation. A community or needs assessment is serves to identify the service gaps within the school setting. This assessment may include consultation with existing school health services staff and administrators or may require survey of the parent population and existing health alerts if no current nursing staff are providing services. Which includes an audit of existing nursing services and chronic heath needs. This assessment will also identify the community demographic and the access to other services within the district. The outcome is to identify health services needs and make recommendations on staffing and services with clean an concise documentation.

Cancelation Policy

It is preferential that booking are requested or cancelled 5 days in advance. Bookings that do not have a minimum of a 24 hour cancellation notice may not be refundable.
